last time we stopped we had a cheap, convenient room with a single king bed and bedroom, for instance. pleasant staff did a great job. the hotel had indeed a marvellous location in a reserved park. local fast food option zaxby's was 15 minutes walk away.

Prices was very good comparing to the other motels.
The room was not ready at check in. The floor above was sqeaking all night every time somebody moved around. The site that the buildings are on seems to be too small. Had trouble getting in and out of the parking space because the of business next door.

Staff is amicable and you can park your car nearby. The breakfast is varied, and the location is magnificent adjacent to local restaurants and shopping and grocery store.

Clean hallway restroom.
Too far from my event and the airport. Poor breakfast. Example: Serving milk from a jug. too much junk in hall way.

Affordable, they are renovating so it will probably be nice soon. They are making an effort.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. Was noisy due to renovations. Staff made me come back in an hour to check in?

Staff were very friendly.
The slide lock on our room didn't work. All the lamps were not working. Rooms were not very clean. The air conditioning didn't work properly. This property is very close to another property that is a hotel, but many of the residents live there. If I would have know this, I would have chosen another property. I was traveling with my elderly mother an 2 year old. The hotel owners had a lot of extra "rules". Such as no food from breakfast allowed to be taken to rooms and charges if you misplaced a key card. These rules made the atmosphere of the property feel unfriendly. My elderly mother preferred to have breakfast in the room because she likes a bit slower start to the day, but doesn't like not following rules.

So noisey and smelt of smoke

I liked their location in town, that was about the only thing I liked about the place.
Where I begin? The staff acted like they hated their life and they greeted us with a frown every time we saw them. The pictures of the furniture, fixings, and carpets for the hotel must have been taken 20 years ago because everything was so beat up and dirty. I did not want to walk barefoot in my room. There were holes in my wall, stains in the shower/tub, and the room had an overall smell of feet. Also, the first room they gave me did not have a working toilet. I would have rather paid more and stayed some place where I actually felt comfortable.

Close to my daughter college
It was not a clean environment and the toilet was leaking I told the front desk and i was asked to put towels down to cover up the leak. I am least likely to return here.

The kids loved the seasonal outdoor pool and the cozy lounge area where we spent quality family time. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall, we had a great time! 😊

Dismal experience all around. The room was dirty, and the hallways were littered with debris. Constant noise from the exterior doors made it impossible to sleep.

Parking was adequate but not real plentiful.

beds were fine...many pillows which was nice.
when we arrived we were given a handicap room... told them we did not want it as it was like a hospital room even in the smell...they said they could nto change it since we used a booking company...one long hour later we were put in to another room.... which was a nice one..though we booked a king room and ended up with a double room.. the staff was not as welcoming or friendly as they should have been since this was not our mistake.. telling us they had nothing else ..when in fact there were few staying there...
